The steel lined PTFE self-priming pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metal pump. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with fluorine plastic, and all the flow parts are made of fluorine plastic alloy. The pump cover and impeller are made of fluorine plastic as a whole by sintering and pressing metal inserts. The static ring is 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is filled with tetrafluoroidal material, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel body to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The actual use shows that FZB fluoroplastic alloy self-priming pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on. Therefore, it is very widely used, such as: pumping corrosive liquid in the underground tank to the target location, pumping acid and alkali in the acid-base tank without outlet at the bottom to the target location, or for circulation between multiple acid tanks, or for unloading acid and so on.
